The leadership guiding PJEM's strategic direction and programme delivery.
YDH. Toh Perdana Indera Dato’ Haji Mohammad Shaharul Hashri bin Mahmood, DSSA., PCM.
Managing DirectorWith 22 years of experience in the field of management and administration, YDH. Toh Perdana Indera has demonstrated strong leadership, organisational skills, and analytical abilities in managing and administering businesses and human resources. After completing his studies at the University of Malaya in April 1974, he joined the government service as an Administrative and Diplomatic Officer at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Wisma Putra, Kuala Lumpur. Since joining the Foreign Service, he has served in several Malaysian overseas missions, including New York (UNGA 77), India (1978–1982), Paris (1985–1989), and as Consul General in Songkhla (1989–1990). His final post was as Malaysia’s Commissioner to Hong Kong. In addition, YDH. Toh Perdana Indera has also served as a Board Member of several public listed companies. With his background training and extensive experience, he understands and respects diverse cultures and protocols within the business environment. He hopes that his experience and knowledge will contribute to the continued development of this institution for a better future.
